As with the airlines, super markets, fast food establishments, and all other businesses that are automating, the kiosk is a option if you choose! We have staff that can check you in if you prefer. Dear Rosa,Thank You for your comments. First, we apologize that your self check in took longer. On average, our Kiosk is able to check in our guests in under 2 minutes. However, our area has experienced several Internet outages due to Comcasts working on upgrading the internet lines. Additionally, the self check in is a option as we always have staff around to help you in manually if you prefer! Yes, you should have been able to get two dollars in change, and we have addressed that issue! I hope you have a better experience on your next stay to the area! Respectfully,
