This is the house you want! From the comfy furniture to the tiny-library to the heavenly triple-sheeted bed and full kitchen, you’ll have all the comforts of home when you stay! Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath house is perfect for your party of one or four to walk through the door and slumber like never before surrounded by wooded galore! I'm a poet, and I know it.

THE LOCATION
Just a few miles north of the busy area in Peoria, our house is situated on a quiet, dead-end street with a quick drive to almost anywhere. Don't expect much traffic or visitors on this road. However, you may get a visit from a deer or two when you're not expecting it. Relax on the enclosed porch and deer-watch as you sip your morning coffee or read your favorite book.

It’s also just a couple of miles to the Peoria Heights strip and all its lovely shops, along with a few nearby grocery stores.

FRESHLY LAUNDERED BED LINENS
Are you like me? The moment I walk into a hotel room, I will throw the comforter or the bedspread in the corner! I don't go crazy and burn it to smithereens in the bathtub or anything, but I certainly don't want it on the bed with me! We've all heard the stories about how some hotels seldom wash those top covers! Only a few times a year! Not us! Each of our beds has an immaculate triple-sheeting setup that's laundered before each guest arrives. You can slumber in style and have sweet dreams to your heart's content!

ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy peaceful moments with some books set about the house as you relax for the evening. And who doesn't love a puzzle or a game of solitaire? Grab them out of the cabinet and test your skills on speed. Maybe you'll even beat a world record at puzzle-putting-together, even if no one else knows about it! In the morning before you head out for the day, indulge in a cup of coffee or your favorite wake-up beverage while you gaze out of the kitchen window and watch whatever animal decides to grace your presence.

THE BEDROOMS
Enjoy sweet dreams as you bask in the crisp linens of your triple-sheeted bed. The bedrooms each house a queen-size mattress, a dresser, a night stand, and a 32” Roku Smart TV. Enjoy your favorite TV show before you slip into a night of blissful slumber.

KITCHEN
Your full kitchen is stocked with any utensils, dishes, and cookware that you’ll need. Appliances include a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and a coffee pot. A starter kit of coffee is provided. You may choose to eat at the house as a money-saver, but Peoria Heights is home to many awesome restaurants. Check out TripAdvisor for the top ten local faves!

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a love seat, two comfortable chairs, a couple of end tables (one with a USB port), and a 50” Smart Roku TV. We know you didn’t come to Peoria Heights to watch TV though . . . take a gander at the web, and check out all the interesting activities the Peoria area has to offer.

“TINY LIBRARY”
I like to read. I like to read a lot. So (even in the digital world), it’s important for me to provide books for our guests. We have a few books strewn about the house, quietly awaiting your arrival.

BATHROOM
There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. We provide starter shampoo and soap, but you might want to bring extra. There are plenty of white, fluffy towels and washcloths for your stay.

LAUNDRY
There is a laundry room at the back of the house, so you can do laundry during your trip. Forget laundromats--you can pack less!

GARAGE
There is a heated, 1-car garage attached to the house. You will have access to a garage door remote.
