Many shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs and supermarkets are within a short distance of the property. The wider local area is easy to travel to as train, bus, ferry or helicopter links are all within walking distance. With numerous local beaches, bays, coves, megalithic sites, small towns and villages to explore or the Isles of Scilly if you are more adventurous! The apartment was refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home!

This ground floor apartment boasts 2 bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin plus an extra foldout guest bed, Living room with TV, Hifi & DVD, Dining area, Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with washer-dryer, enclosed rear courtyard, Front sea-view picnic area.

No parking on the property - There is free on street parking which is sometimes hard to find but there will be a space somewhere nearby.

National and regional train and bus stations are very close to the property as are ferry and helicopter services to the Isles of Scilly. This makes public transport a very good option for your trip.

No stairs - You could stay on the level you enter the building but steps are required to enter. Entry via the rear could be arranged for step free entry.

No smoking

Dogs are welcome with prior consent and a small charge due to extra cleaning required. You must also adhere to the rules in the house manual. Please contact us with the details prior to making a booking if you wish to bring one with you.

No parties or events.

Check-in time is after 4PM.

Check out is by 10AM at the latest.
