"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

Main hotel spaces are light and spacious; nice venue for the good breakfast. Only giving 4 stars because bedroom in Annex was small, with small window (above head-height) and v. warm in July - it’s expensive for a room of that size and comfort."

"We loved staying in this beautiful cottage in Newlyn. Lenn our host provided us with a wealth of really helpful information about checking in and places to eat and visit. The cottage was full of beautiful art work and a lovely garden to sit in. It was so relaxing staying here, with everything we needed and more. "Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. "

"Good location however if driving parking can be difficult, though paid parking across the road. £7.50/24 hrs. It is above a pub so can be noisy. Room spacious as we were 3 adults. Tea/coffee in room. Nice view from our room. Ocean views. Staff helpful. We had no hot water first night and they tried their best to get sorted. No air conditioning - a small fan in room - was hot, albeit middle of summer! Nice breakfast included- continental and cooked if you wish."

"Lovely little top floor flat in central Penzance. Had everything we needed for our stay and was well appointed, beautifully clean and warm on arrival. Instructions and communication from owner was spot on. We got the train so cannot comment on parking, but the flat is on a pedestrianised shopping street so there is no vehicular drop off immediately outside. We used the ‘Ride-on’cycle shop, a five minute walk from the bus and train station, to drop off our bags prior to check in and check out...
