The property features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room is enhanced by a charming veranda and features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the veranda itself. 1 bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width. The fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining table and is detailed further in the amenities section. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, all 4 remaining bedrooms are characterised by elegant sloping ceilings that lend the space a warm and intimate atmosphere. The first room features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second room is furnished with 1 French bed of 140 cm in width. The third and fourth rooms each contain 1 bed, with the fourth room offering a bed measuring 120 cm in width. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. The property also benefits from 2 terraces measuring 16 m2 and 12 m2 respectively, both offering marvellous views of the sea.
