"Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out."

"The food was excellent"

"Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge."

"5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

"We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely! "The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️"

"Clean, well presented, friendly helpful staff and a decent breakfast! Couldn't ask for any more, was a great place to stay. We only stayed one night but would be happy to return and stay longer! Highly recommended"

"O checkin do hotel 16h e checkout 11. O hotel nos leva 5h das 24. Um absurdo. Não é hotel aria é pernoite"

"Excellent accommodation lovely and spacious, very clean great staff !"

"Everything was great: comfortable room, tasty continental breakfast. Traveler cell service and wifi limited in the area, so make certain to confirm everything before you head out!"
