"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL.
On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person.
Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

"The spa was very beautiful and serene, loved the water features. My massage with Donna was thorough and relaxing. I would recommend taking a little extra time to enjoy all the amenities.
The staff in the hotel and spa were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. This is a really interesting area with all of the old Bethlehem Steel buildings. Very cool."

"I was very disappointed with our recent stay at Split Rock Resort. We booked this trip primarily to use the indoor pool and water attractions inside, only to arrive and discover that the resort had no electricity, which meant the indoor pool was closed.
While we were relocated to the neighboring Willowbrook hotel, the experience there was far from ideal. The room appeared clean at first glance, but the sheets smelled as though they had already been used, and we found hair on the towels. It was...

"Experiência muito boa no geral.
Pontos positivos:
1. O hotel fica na estação de ski, a comodidade disso e’ muito boa.
2. Fiquei no quarto com kitchenete , o que e’ um diferencial.
3. Quarto espaçoso e camas boas.
Contra:
1. O quarto em geral precisa de uma renovação. Carpete , cortina e decoração em geral muito antiga
2. Quase impossível falar na recepção por telefone. Não atendem o telefone
