"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL.
On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person.
Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

"Please bring your own towels. They will overcharge the towels fee even you have return towels to them. They still charged it and tell you don’t return it. How do you feel you don’t make some wrong and don’t buy something, there is 16dollar bill on yours. If I lost it, I definitely said yes, it was my fault and I will paid, but I didn’t. I am no happy that."

"Experiência muito boa no geral.
Pontos positivos:
1. O hotel fica na estação de ski, a comodidade disso e’ muito boa.
2. Fiquei no quarto com kitchenete , o que e’ um diferencial.
3. Quarto espaçoso e camas boas.
Contra:
1. O quarto em geral precisa de uma renovação. Carpete , cortina e decoração em geral muito antiga
2. Quase impossível falar na recepção por telefone. Não atendem o telefone
No geral, fomos muito felizes."

"We stayed in Willowbrook one bedroom. Apparently Wyndham took over Willowbrook, but there were very little improvements made.
We asked for a room on higher floor and were given a room on first floor, closest to lobby… there were like 6 cars in the lot first night, so rooms were available. We also paid for king bed and we were given 2 queen beds. There were bugs in the room coming in from patio door. We reported the bugs and they offered to have someone “clean it up”… they did nothing.
