"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

"Experiência muito boa no geral. Pontos positivos: 1. O hotel fica na estação de ski, a comodidade disso e’ muito boa. 2. Fiquei no quarto com kitchenete , o que e’ um diferencial. 3. Quarto espaçoso e camas boas. Contra: 1. O quarto em geral precisa de uma renovação. Carpete , cortina e decoração em geral muito antiga 2. Quase impossível falar na recepção por telefone. Não atendem o telefone No geral, fomos muito felizes."

"Me and my significant other went for two days to get away from the stressful day to day life we live. We purposely got the room with the jacuzzi in it to relax. First night jacuzzi doesn’t fill more than a quarter of the way. We deal with it say we will get it fixed for night two.we wake up in the am and say let’s go to the waterpark upon entering after paying 35 dollars each 70 plus in total we realized only two out of maybe six stations are in order the wave pool and the tubes which only two...

"Our room was not the cleanest unfortunately. The rug next to the bed had crumbs on it from prior stays and a contact was dried up on top of the comforter leading us to believe the bed was only made and the linens not switched. We didn’t complain because we were only planning on being there to sleep, but it was off putting."
