THE UNIT
This private 2bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared laundry. The unit is not shared with guests staying in the other unit.

*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary unit. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.

There is room for 1 car to park off street, plus plenty of free street parking.

There are 2 15000 BTU window units. 1 located in the living/dining/kitchen area, the 2nd located in the bedroom with the queen bed. The smaller bedroom with the twin bed and desk does not have its own ac unit.

Regular pest control is performed on the property, however this is Florida people! An occasional bug or 2 may find it's way inside.
