This delightful 2-bedroom 2 bath beachfront vacation rental has a fantastic set up. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts 2 full beds with adjacent hall bath with traditional tub/shower combination. The living room has a leather sofa and matching loveseat and 2 comfortable swivel rocking chairs.; you could spend hours just gazing at the Gulf's mesmerizing tranquil blue waters. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and provides both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This spacious unit will keep you returning year after year.
Continue your workout routine in our well-equipped fitness center, soother those muscles while soaking in the hot tub (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). Take a swim in the warm Gulf waters or make a splash in one of the 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, explore the beautiful grounds surrounding the Riverside building which offers tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house, kayak rack and private boat launch.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
