Come stay with us in Downtown Pensacola near the Blue Wahoos stadium, historical museums, shopping, dining, and more!

We are ready to rent month to month t $2,500 per month! (Plus taxes and fees)

This property is newly renovated along with designer furnishings and beautiful decor to make you feel right at home.

The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances. Brand new countertops, a full set of cutlery and flatware, a Keurig and regular coffee pot, dining room seating for four and much much more! There are also 3 barstools to increase the dining seating capacity to 7 at the kitchen bar.

The living room seats a total of 5 with a long couch that pulls out into a Q sized sleeper sofa, and 2 lounging chairs. With a large mounted flat screen TV, this layout is certain to satisfy all your guest entertainment needs.

The bathroom features a toilet, vanity, and newly installed glass shower/bath combined.

The master bedroom includes a large mounted flat screen, a King sized bed, and beautiful drapery to compliment the room.

The backyard includes adjustable lounge chairs for two, along with an extended gated backyard.

To make your vacation even more amazing, ask us about the Laguna's Beach Bar and grill. The Adventure Park offers Go Karts, Ropes course, Splash Pad, and Climbing Wall! Short stay

Our original place was upgraded due to a burst pipe.. the place at 214 E Government st was absolutely beautiful and clean… perfect walking distance to Saenger Theater and all the eateries and night life we wanted. Management was easy to work with and prompt with answering any questions we had… would definitely stay again!

Convenient Location, cute house!

This cute little cottage is steps away from downtown Pensacola’s fun restaurant, shopping and nightlife scene. It is well-appointed with everything you need in terms of linens and kitchen set up. The property managers were responsive with answers to my questions. A couple of items need TLC - the back yard needs attention and the window sill in shower needs mending from water damage. Aside from that, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay, the customer service and great amenities!

Lovely Cottage in great area

I have absolutely no complaints about this property except that the landscaping and grass is beyond overgrown. It really needs to be cleaned up and maintained.

Excellent location, tired property

If you are looking for walking distance to downtown this is the place. The property appears to be held together with paint, yard overgrown , we were notified the day of check-in that paperwork needed to be filled out for the property manager which is hard to do when you're traveling.

Good but need some improvements

Property was good, like someone mentioned earlier front yard and back yard is not that clean. Backyard needs some mowing and clean thrash, can see lot of animals hair dumped. Also inside house we saw pet hair everywhere, alot on carpet, sofa and on Bed. Good thing was we carried our own bedsheets, blankets and towels, so we covered them with our sheets. Also the blinds for backyard door was missing, we have to cover it with our bedsheet for privacy. I felt few other things would have made the stay better and feel safe: 1) is to have deadbolt installed to the front door 2) security system Because we heard lot of noise like people Singing and chatting at parking lot next to the property at midnight. So the security system and deadbolt would have made us feel safe and peaceful. Good things about this property is location walkable to al good restaurants. Kitchen appliance and cookware was good, laundry room was good, bathroom is small though.

Great Location

Location was great for the downtown Pensacola area. Most of the breweries/restaurants/etc that we visited were within a 10 minute walk. The beach is around a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic. The home itself is cute/well decorated and the perfect size for two adults. The bathroom is smaller than the photos suggest (i.e. not really possible for two adults to get ready at the same time). And there is a washer/dryer available, but guests need to provide their own detergent/fabric softener. The check-in location is located at the beach (again, about a 20-30 min drive from the property), though the location has a keypad for entry. Would be good in the future to allow guests to provide an electronic signature/remote check in if possible. Overall, we loved the location and would stay here again.

Perfect Downtown location

Very convenient in downtown Pensacola. Perfect for two people, kitchen is renovated and modern with full size fridge. Having a full size washer and dryer was very convenient. Property manager was great to work with. Owners even delivered a new couch while we were there. Very nice. Would stay again.

Cute place a block from Palafox

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend and watched the fireworks from the back porch. Perfect spot to walk to the farmer's market and restaurants. Very cozy, nice atmosphere.
