If you are looking for a peaceful vacation with no crowds and no elevators you have found the perfect getaway. The Molokai Villas are a low-rise community consisting of 21 units and the ideal place for you to enjoy both the Gulf of Mexico and the Ole River. Molokai Villas are located on the west end of the island near the Florida/Alabama line for easy access to Perdido Key, Pensacola, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores.
Our villa is located on the riverside (1st floor unit) and overlooks the beautiful newly renovated swimming pool with breath taking views of the river and Ono Island. The river side features a swimming pool, deep water boat slips (available on a first come first serve basis), a lighted fishing pier perfect for fishing and crabbing, and plenty of open area for your kids to play! Ole River is perfect for boating, skiing and sailing. Across the street is our private gulf front access that has a dune walkover to enjoy Perdido Key's beautiful sugar white sand beaches. Whether you enjoy sunning on the beach or waterskiing down the Intracoastal Waterway, Molokai Villas provides lots of variety for your next Perdido Beach vacation!

Our villa has been newly upgraded and has 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths and tile floors throughout except for the bedrooms. The living room and kitchen occupy 1 large open room that allows everyone to be together!! The living room has french doors that open to the balcony with beautiful views of Ole River and the pool. It also has plenty of seating, pull out couch, TV, cable, DVD and wireless internet for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to make a wonderful meal. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a ½ bath with french doors that open to a large balcony. The master also has a large dresser and closet for all your belongings. The second bedroom has a king bed with a dresser, closet and TV. Our unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach towels are provided for our guests and at the bottom of the unit there is a outdoor shower to wash off the sand. We are certain that our cheerful decor will make this the perfect vacation spot for you to come year after year!!

This is our 4th or 5th time in this unit as a family. What a great location and the unit is steps away from the pool with a large covered porch for all your beach supplies to stay outside or for kids to sit in shade and have breakfast or a break from the sun. The pool is quiet, most of the time we had the whole thing to ourselves. The beach is wide open with no crowds in this area. The unit is clean and bright. We love staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This was a really awesome place to stay everything was close by and perfect location

Me and my family loved the interior was very bright and Beach stuff everywhere inside made you feel like you was in Florida,very clean and spaces and the location of this condo was absolutely perfect it had everything you needed plus some the owner and the granddaughter were so awesome the communication between us was excellent I could not have asked for a better 6-day stay there is not one single thing I heard anybody complain about, I would stay here again and again

Good Balance

This property is a good balance between location, price, and accommodations. It is beautifully decorated. Comfy couch! I really like the jack-and-jill layout of the one bathtub with the two lavatories. Casey was fantastically responsive to communication. Being in front of the pool was also nice.

Great way to enjoy the Gulf Coast!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 8/6/2.5) had a great trip to Perdido Key at this villa/condo (our first time in this area). It was easy access to the beach across the street and the dock was fun to search for lizards, watch big birds, and enjoy the river. There was a little construction going on and the pool seemed to be under some repair, but the condo was wonderfully decorated, clean, and accommodated our family well. It was a great place to stay for our family vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key. The condo was beautiful, quiet, and just what our family needed for a week away. My kids loved the beach, the pool, and the dock for fishing was so much fun!! We would love to come back again!

Relaxing

We had a great time! Peaceful & relaxing. Very nice atmosphere! Condo was clean & very comfortable & will definitely be back. The only thing missing was the grilling. We didnt like that we couldn't. Overall great time. The Bay is awesome & the pool too. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

Relaxing Getway

We have stayed in this area a few times now and absolutely love it. We really enjoy the ease of parking and unpacking/packing the car. It's a short walk across the road to the beach and we much prefer this over the condo elevators. Anywhere we wanted to go was within a short distance and some places are within walking distance. The decor of the place is so cheerful and beachy.. just a happy place to be! There were puzzles to work and books to read which was an added bonus due to the rain while we were there. Highly recommend!

Loved the unit! Very quiet, very clean, perfect location, pool near back porch, bay is very short walk and beach is very short walk. Kitchen and bath rooms all well stocked. Linens in both bedrooms very soft and nice. We loved the huge back porch! Will go back, loved being able to park right in front of unit!

Quaint villa close to beach! Loved it!

This cute villa is right next to the pool. It’s a very short walk across the street to the beach. Very clean. So beachy! Lock box with keys so super ready check in. I only used king bed by the pool and it was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and if I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. The little dock to walk out to is amazing. I had my coffee out there every morning. Don’t hesitate to book. I travel a lot and this place is great. Lots of towels and beach towels too which is rare at a rental. Iron, small ironing board, keurig, regular coffee pot, toaster, hair dryer, washer/dryer……walking distance to a Waffle House (1mile) and convenient store.

Overview

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was nice, clean and comfortable. We never could open the door to the patio in the bedroom, it must be stuck. There are some drainage problems in your tub, when we showered, there is about 2 to 3 inches of standing water, so the tub is not draining properly. Additionally we had some problems pushing the lever down on the toaster it kept wanting to pop up. One side of the toaster was not working at all. We also recommend that there be 2 sets of keys available for each person of a couple to have one key, as there were many time we did things separately.

We will come again!

Property was a great price for what all you get. Only complaints were weather and construction. We had to leave today, and there were no workers for the first time since Friday morning. We will return but after the unit nearby is completed.

Great place for our family of 5!

We stayed here for our first beach trip as a family (two 4 year olds and a 2 year old). We had plenty of space to play and relax. Loved the porch and the proximity to the pool. We walked across the street to the beach every day without any problems. We also walked to a restaurant and a little shop close by too. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Place does not come with dish soap or laundry detergent just fyi. But we definitely loved having the washer and dryer. A huge plus if you have small kids. Overall we loved it here! Wish we would have booked another night!

Perfect beach house

This is a great place because you have access to the gulf, old river, the pool and a private peir! Everything you need is inside, all utensils and dishes and beach towels. We will definitely like to stay here as much as we can when we come home to visit

Family fishing trip

We had a great experience. The owner is fantastic to communicate with. The house is so clean and cozy. Very great location and we loved just being able to drive right up to the house and unpacking , definitely is better then dealing with crowds and elevators that are in the high rise condominiums. The location is perfect and convenient to everything! The pier on the bay is so nice and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings. We cooked nice meals in the kitchen that was very well stocked with utensils. No complaints! It was great!!

Another great stay!

This is our 4th time staying at the unit! Such a great place. The unit is always clean, the owner is responsive if we ever need anything. The location is great, the beach is quiet but a short drive away you have gulf shores and access to all the restaurants and tourist stuff. The unit is directly off the pool which is so nice to just run up for a snack, drink, or bathroom for the kids, the deck is also nice and large to store beach stuff like a wagon and chairs etc. and covered for a break from the sun! Can’t say enough about how much we love “our place” in Florida. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay

I don’t like crowded beaches and this was perfect. Close enough to go into Gulf Shores to eat and do other activities but far enough away to be out of the crowd while enjoying the beach. Having access right across the road was a plus too. This was a girls trip and we loved staying here. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We took several walks on the pier out back. It was beautiful at sunset.
