Come see for yourselves how relaxing your beach vacation can be with accommodations that are fun and carefree. Whether you enjoy your 'fun in the sun' on the sugary white beaches or just swimming in the pool, creating fun memories in a relaxing atmosphere is crucial. Everything is included and our condo is centrally located so everything is convenient.

We have recently renovated the entire condo (2021) using the beautiful beachy colors of blues, greens and sand. Our unit has 2 bedrooms with large closets and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. TV's in both bedrooms. There is a full bath off the Master. Second bath with walk-in shower off the hallway.

The newly renovated kitchen has new kitchen cabinets and silestone counter tops. It is fully equipped including a drip coffee pot, toaster, mixer and blender. Just bring your own snacks, drinks, and groceries and you'll be all set. If you like to cook, it's always fun to grill fish or shrimp on the outdoor electric grill.

Our unit is located in the middle of the complex facing the pool. You are just a few steps to the beach and to the lagoon where kids (adults too) enjoy feeding the ducks. Covered parking is available for 1 car. We are allowed 1 extra parking space as well.

We are located 3 miles east of the Boardwalk and Casino Beach area, where there is shopping, nightly activities and several great restaurants. During the summer a trolley is available for your enjoyment and ease of travel.

Our home away from home offers you that opportunity to relax and really enjoy your vacation. We are geared up for kids with cards, board games, and puzzles. Floats, chairs and a beach umbrella as well. With two TV's and DVD players, everyone can be happy. Wi-Fi is available also.

There is lots to do in Pensacola from shopping to site seeing, to visiting the Old Fort Pickens and the National Seashore and the like. There is Free Stargazing Event some weekends, and at least one concert each week. And of course, a must see is a visit to The Museum of Naval Aviation at the Naval Air Station. Visitors can watch the Blue Angles practice on some Wednesdays. A visitor's center is conveniently located on the beach as well as on the main land just before crossing the 3 Mile bridge to Gulf Breeze. A Publix and Market Walmart groceries are located in Gulf Breeze just before going over the 2nd bridge to the beach.
