Our Son is stationed In Pensacola and the place we usually stay was not available for this trip. That being said, upon arrival we noticed that there was sand on all of the floors. The dining area has a spot in the floor that i was sure i was going to fall through it when i walked a crossed it. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and we had to wash them to be able to eat off them. When removing the sheets from one of the beds I was surprised by the condition of the mattress which was filthy with stains. And the bed itself was old , noisy and about to collapse. There was a dirty mop leaned up against the wall in the hallway. The Living Room Furniture was very uncomfortable and in dire need of replacement. The standard height chairs that where placed at the breakfast bar made in challenging to even sit there without your chin resting on the bar let alone eat there. The refrigerator and freezer where both in need of a good old fashion scrubbing. The remotes for both TV's had dead batteries which we went ahead and replaced. Other than the above we enjoyed our visit with our Son who will be leaving for a four year deployment over seas.
