Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach!

Welcome to this beautifully decorated unit at Caribbean Resort located on directly on Navarre Beach. This unit is located on the 1st floor , West side of the building.

Island Dream is ready to go for the new season. The unit offers a spacious Gulf side master bedroom with a king size bed, Flat screen t.v., double sink vanity, huge jetted tub with new glass retainer door, and its own entry to the spacious balcony. Perfect views of the ocean and pools while enjoying your morning coffee and a relaxing meal. The family room has plenty of seating for the entire family , large pit group, and a comfortable reading chair. No problem seeing the t.v., it is a 50 inch flat screen. The dining room is open and spacious and has seating for the entire family along with bar stools overlooking the kitchen. All with beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen is the perfect size to accommodate any family gathering with all the amenities of home.This kitchen has upgraded black marble counter tops and the cabinets are fully stocked. The 2nd spacious bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed, flat screen t.v, , walk in closet, and a full size shared bathroom with the main living area. It also features a new easy roll glass enclosure for the shower . The master bedroom on the Sound side offers West side views of the sound and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the privacy in this suite which includes: Queen size bed, full bath with new easy slide glass enclosure, kitchenette, flat screen t.v. , sitting area, private balcony, fold out bed - just in case, and separate entry-exit door to the elevator or stairs. Don't miss out on this tastefully decorated unit, come enjoy Island Dream.

The family and I enjoyed our stay so much. Checking in was so easy since the email with all the info was sent out well in advance. This property is not the newest on the block but is very well kept. With any rental there could be updates such as the pots and pans. but this rental was still amazing. The pool area was very nice and clean. Beach access was so easy and as expected the beach and ocean were spectacular. If you forget your chairs or umbrellas there’s people on the beach who will rent that to you for a price that you’d expect for a vacation destination. The balcony view from this unit being on the first floor corner unit was awesome. All the sunsets and views of the ocean you’d ever expect. With all the windows there’s always a view. This rental just has it all and we’ll definitely come back.

Everything and more!!!

We could not have been happier at Caribbean resort in Navarre. Tonya was prompt to respond to our questions with excellent communication skills and she was very kind. She gave us great tips and ideas for eating and recreation. The gulf views from our first floor condo. and balcony were simply stunning with the crystal clear hues of turquoise and aqua and other magnificent shades of blue. The condo was beautiful with private bathrooms for each bedroom. We will be visiting again. Thanks again, Tonya!! And also one of the magnificent highlights I must share, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphin’s from our balcony. We look forward to making more memories in Navarre.

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. Tonya was wonderful and always responded to my messages. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property was greatly lacking. I have never posted a negative review but for the money we paid, we expected more. We walked into the condo to find that several pieces of vertical blinds in various rooms were missing. In addition, you couldn’t have more than one person taking a shower because the water pressure would be low and if someone flushed the toilet anywhere in the condo while you were in the shower, the pressure would be a trickle. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom couldn’t be used because by the time you filled up to the jets, the water was cold. The refrigerator needs replaced-the shelves on the door were all cracked and the freezer didn’t make ice. Overall, the property needs a deep clean.

Just right for Us!

Very nice. We stayed on the first floor and loved it! Stormy and windy for 2 days but that did not stop all of us from enjoying our stay. We played Cheaters Monopoly for hours, great fun. Our Grandson loves rainy weather so he had a great time. The accommodations were just right for us. Clean, spacious, large windows for nice views, I would stay again in same unit.

Beautiful property on Beach

This property is really spacious. Beautiful views of the ocean. Right on the beach. Minutes to shopping and eating. So convenient. Would definitely stay here again when come back.

Good location

Nice property. Being on the corner, windows all over. No parking pass in condo like advertised. Called the number, lady said she would bring a parking pass over in the am. Never did the whole time we were there. Oven light and microwave light both didn't work. Just saw a email on what to do when we checked out three days after we left. Should have had that information in the condo so we knew what exactly what to do. The only thing we did wrong was still had clean dishes in the dish washer. We left at 9:55 am. Didn't know that we were supposed to let someone know when we left. Again nice large place, great location. Pool and one hot tub said needed to be repaired. Should let people know that when booking. A Wonderful Weekend!

The condo unit was just as described. It was easy to locate and being the first floor made carrying luggage and coolers a breeze. Upon arrival most everything was clean. The unit is well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, and other kitchen needs. That was a first! The views are spectacular! A couple of minor issues stick out. The first floor unit is directly above the ocean walk and to the pool. During the day, don’t expect quiet, relaxing time. The access code to the door is unnecessarily long. Having your phone or the number written on piece of paper is a must. The master bath mat was dirty and needed to be washed immediately. Aside from those absolutely minor details, the unit, the views and the furnishings were great! We very much loved our time spent there.
