Welcome to our Pensacola family vacation home. We're a California family who fell in love with the Gulf Coast — this is the home we share with travelers when we're not here ourselves.



THE HOME

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Guest bedroom with queen bed. Third bedroom with 2 twin XL beds that combine into a king. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 2 more. Blackout curtains and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Hotel-quality bedding and towels for 8.



WHAT'S HERE

Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso + drip coffee, dishwasher, full cookware). Game room in the garage with air hockey and dart board, mini-split AC keeps it cool. Fenced backyard with patio, gazebo, BBQ grill. Fast Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace. Washer and dryer.



LOCATION

12 minutes to Pensacola Beach (sugar-white Gulf sand). 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola and the National Naval Aviation Museum. 12 minutes to downtown Pensacola. 15 minutes to Perdido Key. Walmart and Publix within 5 minutes.



WHO COMES HERE

Families, military visiting NAS Pensacola, groups in town for the beach. Pets welcome ($100 fee, 2 max — dogs and cats). Local Pensacola co-host on the ground 7 days a week, fast response (usually within minutes). If something is off, tell us right away and we'll fix it.

Spaces / Good to know



The game room is in the converted garage (entry through the kitchen). It has its own mini-split AC — please turn it off when leaving so it doesn't run between bookings. The backyard is fully fenced for pets. Trash and recycling bins are on the side of the house. Trash pickup is Wednesday — bins should be at the curb the night before.



This is a fully renovated 3BR/2BA single-story home thoughtfully designed for families, military TDY guests, remote workers, and beach getaways. Sleeps 8 comfortably with a king, queen, two twin XL beds (that can be combined into a second king), and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. 6 miles to NAS Pensacola; quick drives to Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Destin.



THE SPACE



3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an air-conditioned garage game room, a dedicated workspace, and a fenced backyard with a brand-new gazebo. 2,000 square feet of well-laid-out single-story living. Hotel-quality bedding, blackout curtains in every bedroom, and 5 smart TVs throughout.

- Guest bedroom: 1 queen bed, ceiling fan, blackout curtains

- Third bedroom: 2 twin XL beds (can be kept separate or pushed together to form a king-size bed), ceiling fan

A comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, sectional, 75-inch smart TV, and direct access to the patio and backyard. Comfortably sits more then 8 people. Open to the dining area and kitchen.

We host a lot of NAS Pensacola TDY, PCS, and short-stay families. We understand the timing and are flexible. Long stays welcome.

The workspace is set up for you to actually get things done. Standing desk, 4K monitor, ergonomic chair, fast WiFi. Take video calls from home or step into the game room for a break.



FOR FAMILIES



This home is built for families. Multi-generational? You have 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. Got kids? Pack-n-Play, high chair, kid-safe game room, fenced yard, beach gear ready to go.



PETS



Pet-friendly with a $100 fee per stay. Fenced backyard means your dog can stretch out off-leash. We have dog bowls and a dog bed available on request.



CHECK-IN



Self check-in via smart lock. Your unique 4-digit code arrives the morning of arrival, along with WiFi password and a quick-start guide. No keys to coordinate, no in-person handoff.

Late Check-Out: Available as a paid upsell in the guest portal.

1 hour later (12 PM): $30

2 hours later (1 PM): $50

3 hours later (2 PM): $70

4 hours later (3 PM): $90

Subject to availability - blocked when another guest is arriving the same day.



PARKING



The driveway fits 2 cars. Free street parking is available on Gulf Breeze Avenue.



HOUSE RULES



- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

- No parties or events

- Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM (respect for neighbors)

- Pets welcome with the pet fee

- Maximum 8 guests
