Portofino is a Luxury, Condominium Resort That is Located on the Gulf of Mexico and the Tranquil Waters of Santa Rosa Sound. Adjacent to Miles of Undeveloped Beaches of National Seashore Park and Across the Street from the Crystal White Sand Beaches of the Emerald Coast.

The Portofino Redefines 'Exclusive.' The Portofino Towers Are Each Separated By 300 Feet of Ecologically Preserved Land and Feature Their Own Lobby, Pool and Hot Tub, Beautiful Interiors, Huge Balconies for Entertaining, and Water Views from Nearly Every Room.

Our Unit is Located in Tower 1 on the Eighth Floor. It Has 1335 Square Feet of Beautiful Tile Floors and Is Beautifully Decorated Throughout. The Balcony and Each Room Offer Breathtaking Views of the Santa Rosa Sound.

Our Unit Will Sleep Six People Comfortably with One King Size Bed, Two Twin Beds, and a Pull Out Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen Is Equipped with Everything Needed for Cooking Meals. The Dining Space Has a Large Glass Table That Will Accommodate Six People with Three Bar Stools at the Breakfast Bar for Additional Seating.

The Living Space and Both Bedrooms Have Their Own Flat Screen TV and also a DVD Player. Free Unsecured Wireless Internet is Available in the Unit. The Master Bathroom Has a Glass Walk-in Shower, Jacuzzi Tub, His and Her Sinks, and a Separate Toilet Area.

Wonderful trip and property

We were in town for a dance competition and the property was perfect with activities and access to the beach. We had a minor issue and they sent someone that day to fix it. Would return again.

Portofino Island Resort is a beautiful place to stay for a wonderful vacation. The staff is very friendly and professional, resort grounds are very well kept, restaurant food is great, condo was neat and clean. I enjoyed watching the most beautiful sunset from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay, in a clean, comfortable, spacious condominium. There was good communication between the host and us. I recommend bringing a couple extra dish towels, dish cloths, laundry detergent for washing your beach towels, and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper if you are going to stay there for one week.Thanks for a great stay!!

Beautiful Condo

This was our annual family vacation and everything was perfect. The communication between owner was always quick to response with all my questions before arriving. Highly recommend this unit. Beautiful condo. Will stay in the future. Easy access to elevators and parking. Close to beach access and main pool. Also has a pool with this building but we like the main pool area with bar and food.

Great place

This was our second time staying in this unit and we enjoy the property. Itā€™s clean and the location is great with nice views of the bay. Communication with the owner is fast and easy, and heā€™s great to work with. The only complaint I have is that last time we went there were towels provided by the property that we were able to use throughout the stay and we assumed itā€™d be the case this time but it wasnā€™t. A quick trip to Walmart in Gulf Breeze and we were back in business. No big deal. Also there were no trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels in the unit so we had to get some of those items for our stay as well. We were a family so we went through dishes and laundry a couple times throughout the trip and had to get some dishwasher and laundry pods ourselves. Again, no big deal but it did surprise me, given the price of the unit and others at the property. Maybe the cleaning crew was a little rushed and simply overlooked it, I donā€™t know. Overall itā€™s a nice unit but could use a little TLC because the grout between tiles in the bathroom was missing in a few places. The owner lives far away and likely doesnā€™t even know this, though. Iā€™m nitpicking though, and the unit is great. We would definitely stay again.

Definitely Coming Back!

The Portofino was an amazing property. There is no reason to leave if you donā€™t want to! Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to stay for our vacation. The kids loved the multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Dolphin cruise and jet ski rental is a must!

Pictures donā€™t do it justice

The condo is beautiful, didnā€™t feel like the pictures captured how nice the condo actually is. Parking space super convenient. The resort was perfect, food on the property was great, pools were clean and kept up. All the staff and locals were so nice. We would for sure come back to Portofino and this unitz

Portofino is absolutely perfect for families! This condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay all week. Condo was clean upon arriving and had everything we needed to get through the week. Looking forward to coming back!

First time at portofino

Exceeded our expectations! The room and the resort was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. The views off the balcony was gorgeous. This room is in Tower 1 and close proximity to the lifestyle center and an easy walk to the beach. I do wish the resort had some sort of kiddie pool/splash pad or something for toddlers (we had our 2 and 3 year olds with us), but that did not take away from our wonderful overall experience at Portofino Island. We will definitely be back!
