"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"Gardenside is an absolutely amazing find. What a holiday home. The house interiors are so homely and it’s so clean on arrival.The views are just the ‘wow’ factor from the lounge and main bedroom.And the beds are very comfy. "Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. "Enjoyed our stay at Rocklands. Fabulous view of beach and cliffs. Very central and wonderful having reserved parking space. Would particularly suit surfers though we weren't ourselves. Pizza Express below was good. Slightly annoying having an Indian restaurant next door. "
