"Overall, it's a good hotel. Considering the rating, I expected a little bit more. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. Could be renovated. The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We stayed there to visit Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park."

"I love that Hotel Ursa is right on the UMO campus. It's been very convenient when I play with the Bangor Symphony, who performs at the performing arts center two buildings away from the hotel."

"Parking was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Room had a few issues. Hairdryer was off the wall and not put back on, wasn’t notified about it prior, there was a few minor housekeeping issues. But for the price of the room it was fine"

"Cheap is the word here. Everything looked cheap. Thin, lightweight bedding. You could hardly call it a blanket. The floor was cold tile throughout. The lighting was inadequate. The bathroom was so tiny they had to put the washbowl and linens out in the general area. There was only one washcloth. The bathroom door had been broken on the bottom and poorly repaired. l don't know what the breakfast was like, or if there even was one, because I got out of there the moment day broke in the morning. "It was very conveniently located to a lot of things. The only problem was the restaurant/ bar seemed to be the local motorcycle hang out and there is not sound proofing to the rooms."
