"Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. "Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks. There were such loud noises all night and I was not happy with the experience."

"The property smelled and the tv did not work. I asked for a single bed and they gave me a room with two beds, then told me if I used the other bed they would charge me $25. The room had bugs and flys.. we slept with the lights on, but it was the only place available out of town.. HORRIBLE AND NASTY.. I am itching just thinking about it!"

Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths.
