Wake and Lake: "Right Along Keuka Lake Wine Trail!"

Located in the quiet town of Penn Yan where you can find the famous Seneca Farms Ice Cream, and award-winning Abandon Brewery and Keuka Springs Vineyards – Wake and Lake has everything you need and more for the perfect family vacation.

Nestled just north of the Keuka College and among the rolling hills of Keuka Lake, this three-bedroom home is the perfect 'home away from home!'

The open, corner kitchen offers ample cooking and counter space for preparing your groups favorite meals. Stop at the Windmill Farmers Market on a Saturday and bring home local, homegrown produce – you won't be sad you did. The kitchen and dining area open up to one another and make family style dining easy with a dining table for the whole group. Just off the dining area, sliding doors lead to a step out balcony with beautiful views of Keuka Lake. Watch for boaters passing by and birds flying and squirrels playing.

The living area offers a great place to gather with a glass of Finger Lakes wine and make an itinerary for tomorrow's adventures. Completing the entry level, you'll have one of the two half baths.

Downstairs, on the mid-level, you'll find each of the three bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer a direct view of the lake while the third bedroom offers a peeping view. Each of the bedrooms offers a queen bed for your relaxing comfort.

On the lake level, you'll find the bonus half bath and an indoor/outdoor kitchen with natural gas BBQ grill. Enjoy lake living 'inside' while soaking up the breeze rolling in off the lake. When you're warm, go take a dip in the lake!

Whether you're visiting family in town, or you've come with friends and family of your own to adventure the Finger Lakes – ample activities are available at your fingertips. Enjoy wine tasting at local favorites like Rooster Hill Vineyards, Anthony Road Winery, Fox Run Vineyards and more. Or, take a hike on the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail, or Watkins Glen State Park. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Lots of stairs but an absolutely beautiful property and location. Only negatives were on an afternoon when we went out to lunch they mowed the lawn and got grass all over our towels and the outdoor kitchen area, had we known they were coming we would have removed the towels and closed up the porch. Loved all the amenities and pet friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
