Garrett Hideaway is a restored historic home set above Keuka Lake at the end of Bluff Point. Surrounded by mature trees and 45 private acres of woods, meadows, and walking trails, the property offers space, privacy, and convenient lake access.



Inside, three comfortable bedrooms accommodate families or small groups. The home also includes one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering. A spacious walk-out deck overlooks the wooded surroundings, while an on-site firepit provides another place to spend time outdoors.



A short walk south along the road leads to the lake-access stairs and natural shoreline. The new 40-foot aluminum dock, installed in July 2026, may be used for fishing, swimming, relaxing, and launching kayaks or paddleboards. Boats may not be docked or tied to the dock at any time.
