"This cabin is perfect for a stay for a small family or couple. All necessary accommodations are available the environment was so cozy and clean. The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. The host even offered a Air mattress if needed. This is a highly recommended VRBO and I would definitely stay again at this location! "

"Immaculate space. Owners very thoughtful with a lot of attention to detail and extra touches for guest comfort. We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. "I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again."

"My teenager and I were in the Auburn area to do some hiking - we arrived after sunset and the host was very hospitable to show us to our lodging and around the property, which included a clean full bathroom and some sports equipment to enjoy with my son. Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a glamping experience in a beautiful setting! "

"It was quiet and peaceful - exactly what we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. It was nice with full sized appliances. The apartment and bed were comfortable. The view was beautiful and the binoculars were a nice touch. We loved hanging out on the deck. The only negative was the short, deeply pot holed, dirt/gravel road that connected the paved road with the paved driveway. Nice place for a peaceful get away."

"My husband and I had a great stay at the Hoothaus. Great location with easy access to mountain biking and running trails. Close to the lake and to downtown Nevada City, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very communicative and helpful in suggesting local activities. Space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. "

"The description of the bungalow was perfect and accurate. We were very comfortable and loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the golf course. The only glitch was that our code to the door did not work, but Kelly was right there for us and we were able to enter the bungalow in a matter of minutes. Kelly is the perfect host. She talked to us about the golf courses that we were going to play. It was very helpful. We would all stay at the bungalow again without any hesitation."

"Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. "Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating."
