This house has belonged to my family for several generations, so it holds special value for me. It has recently been carefully renovated and features high-quality amenities.The 30 m² boutique apartment, which can accommodate up to 2 guests, features the following spaces: - A bedroom with a large queen-size bed (150 x 200) to ensure a good night’s sleep, LED lighting, sea views, and access to the outdoor terrace.The room features 2 reading lamps and a mirrored closet.- The small 5 m² outdoor terrace offers views of the sea, the fishing port, and the Serra d’Irta Natural Park. It is furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine, breakfast, or lunch outdoors while taking in the pleasant Mediterranean sunset.- Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) with all necessary kitchen utensils.The sink doubles as a dishwashing area. It is stocked with basic cooking spices, as well as tea, complimentary jams, and herbal teas.There is also paper towels, a dishcloth, dish soap, and a scouring pad for washing dishes, thus avoiding the hassle and expense of purchasing these basic items.- Dining room with a dining table, comfortable chairs, a flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor balcony overlooking Calle Mayor, a very picturesque area.- Bathroom with a shower stall and shower screen. Toiletries are provided, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hair dryer.The sink is located outside the bathroom and doubles as a dishwashing sink. We offer high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps), allowing you to stay connected or work remotely without any issues.The apartment features a high-quality ducted A/C system (4,000 BTU) and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.Amenities and Common Areas: A washing machine on the building’s rooftop (shared with up to two other apartments) is at your disposal, complete with everything you need for laundry, as well as a clothesline for drying clothes. Everything you need for doing laundry will always be available to you completely free of charge.There is also an iron and ironing board in the apartment. Other Notable Details There is no parking inside the walled area, as it is a pedestrian zone; therefore, if you’re traveling by car, you’ll need to park at the foot of the walls.There is free parking during the off-season, but during the high season there is a paid parking area (at affordable rates). The advantage of staying at my place is that, once you’re settled in, you won’t need to move your car, since we’re right in the heart of the city center.If you’re bringing luggage, we’ll arrange for access permission so you can drive your car right up to the front door for loading and unloading.
