I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)! We hadn’t received an email with check-in information (room number or access code), but that’s because we booked...
"No body wash soap on shower, tissues only a few left, water wouldn't drain in bath sink.
Had difficult time finding check-in. Big sign needed. But view and hospitality excellent.

"Was just what we expected. Very friendly employees. Room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was good. Close to munising where all the touristy parts are. Just down the road was a very nice 18 hole putt putt golf course. Definitely recommend"

"E um predio antigo, que foi reformado. Nao gostamos do modo de servir do breakfast.
apesar de estar incluido no preco, preferimos tomar o cafe da manha, em outros lugares.
Foi uma surpresa, pois estivemos em outros Ramadas nesta nossa viagem, e , em todos eles foi muito bom."
