"the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....

"We had some relaxing days in this tiny little cottage that offers everything you need for a stay. Unfortunately, we had pretty bad weather (windy, snowy and cold), so that we decided to leave earlier than planned. But during summer time it must be marvelous."

"It was rainy and overcast while we were there and the northern lights were not to be. But, my husband and I did enjoy the relaxing on the couch and curling up and watching a movie after spending the days driving around sight seeing. Everything we needed was there except paper towels. It is a drive to get to a store so make sure you have what you need when you arrive. There are several houses around this place, so not secluded. "Perfectly based location for a few days at snaefellsnes. We really love the accommodation, it has a nice interieur and the contact to Jacob was also fine. He is intested that everything works fine for your stay at his house. Good place to see the northern lights, because its quite remote. Highly recommendation but you have to know that you have to clean at the end of your stay"

"This absolutely stunning home was perfectly nestled in between mountains and ocean. The home has all the comforts needed to feel at home. "Designer-Apartment in guter Lage. Sehr geräumig, hochwertig gebaut und ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Self-Check-In über die Schlüsselbox funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich das Badezimmer roch etwas streng, die Heizung war viel zu warm eingestellt und man hört den Nachbarn ein wenig. "

"Beautiful home, overlooking the ocean. Black sand beach w sea sounds to soothe the soul, and seals swimming. Owners made sure bedding and staples like coffee were available. Management company was responsive to email request. It’s an historic home, interesting to read about it. Convenient to all of the sightseeing we were doing in Snaefellas Peninsula. Wish we could have stayed longer, it was so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you!"

"Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Staff incrível, muito atencioso! Quartos com bom espaço, pisos aquecidos. Cama confortável e excelente chuveiro quente. Excelente opção de hospedagem na península de Snaefellsnes. Café da manhã ótimo! Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e foi muito bom! Recomendo fortemente o hotel!"
