"Our host, Luca was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a couple very minor issues, even late at night. He sat with us, had a lovely conversation, and gave us great tips on which restaurants to enjoy and day trips to do, which was extra helpful since we visited in the off-season, so not everything was open.
