"This place was very cute and clean and had the view of the harbor. Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. Otherwise, the place itself was very nice and safe. "

"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"My room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well equipped. Feeding the alpacas was fun. The only drawback for people without a car, is that there is nowhere nearby to buy food for cooking."
