"Great experience. The property could do with a deep clean. Maybe two or three hours of going right around the house cleaning everything. This is not something visitors could reasonably be expected to do and probably only needs doing a few times a year. There are a number of fairly obvious repairs that need to be made to improve the visitor experience. The four o’clock check-in seemed later than necessary, especially as the previous visitors were expected out by 11 am and no cleaning was...

"This is a fantastic location just a short distance from town. The hosts were awesome! The bed was very comfortable. The large room with adjacent deck is well appointed. The house is across the street from the ocean and a pebbly beach. Loved the view! We highly recommend ordering their dinner which they bring to your room. It was extremely good! We HIGHLY recommend a stay at ‘A View with a Room’!"
