Tons of restaurants and attractions at the doorstep, but the apartments feel tucked away and offer a quiet respite from the din of activities. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchens, and thoughtful extras made for an excellent stay. The apartments are best suited for 1-4 adults, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit tight on both space and storage, and each bedroom has open loft windows/shutters to the main sitting area - charming...

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this property to others."

"Rooms, towels, sheets are clean. Not suitable for elderly people who need to carry their luggage up the stairs to the suite. Jono is very helpful and responds quickly. I think there should be more hooks in the shower rooms. Free roadside parking just outside the apartment, from 6pm to 9am."

"This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again."

"Location was perfect and the view from the bedroom window was beautiful, parking was a tight sqeeze but given it's close proximity to the city totally understandable. Nice clean and funky place with many querky elements to it, comfortable bed, keep in mind master is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great experience, so close to everything we need. "
