"Room was clean but was a bit musty smelling upon arrival. There were some communication issues with property managers regarding check in date/times but they were resolved prior to arriving. My kids were concerned with the amount of red ants that would visit each night. The property managers did arrange for us to get traps and spray after a few days. "This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs.
