Tive um problema com a cama extra, que havia pago tudo pela HOTEIS.COM, mas qdo chegou na hora quiseram me cobrar USD 70,00 por dia a mais para a cama extra que havia pago a diferença pelo site. Chamei a gerencia, reclamei mostrei o pagamento que diz (1casal + 1 criança 10anos) e ele nos liberou. Sugeriu um quarto maior e pagassemos a diferença, não aceitei....
