"We had a great stay at Cross Breakers. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Sari was the highlight of our mornings—her smile and positive energy were truly uplifting. Angus brought us our coffee each day and kindly helped us find the spa when we got lost. On our first day, a kind server (wish we got his name!) took the time to explain the local currency, which helped us a lot. And Ninda made sure every request we had was taken care of...
