- 2 x single mattresses
- 1 x bed bag - which is the large bean bag in the living room. This unzips and rolls out into a single foam mattress - only suitable for children.
Extra bedding is provided for this and can be located in the laundry.


Bathroom: 2 x bathrooms

Maximum of 9 guests

- Access to the property is via 2 flights of stairs
- Non-smoking property
- Pet free environment
- Located on the first floor - accessible only via stairs
- Driveway on street level

Maximum overnight occupancy is strictly 9 guests

Please note: The property is priced on a base rate of 2 people staying, additional guests are charged extra per person per night. Please state exactly how many people are staying at the time of booking.

Should you plan to have a small number of daytime visitors (maximum 4) please check first with your host. Failure to do this may result in an additional event fee being charged and non-refund of bond.

Events & Special Occasions Venue
Novo Luxury Apartment is the perfect venue for social and business events, however all events require prior approval by L’abode Accommodation.

Event examples include:
- Wedding “Get ready venue”, wedding photography & wedding night accommodation
- Small group special occasions such as Baby & Bridal showers, milestone celebrations
- Dinner parties/social gatherings, event/function beyond booked guests
- Meetings, workshops, corporate business retreats
- Any professional photography / social media content shoots / paid internal business advertising or promotions
