It comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 450 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 16 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room (with shower and WC)

First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190), adjoining another bedroom

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

Outside :
- A beautiful 450 m² enclosed and private garden, east-facing and not overlooked.
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
