"Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. "Beautiful peaceful surroundings, very comfortable accommodation. Not much to do in the local area, need to drive further afield. Be prepared for hot tub to take a while to heat if youve never used a wood fired one"

Hosts John and Steph are so welcoming and John is like an encyclopedia of local knowledge, from best chippies, restaurants to best beaches and local markets. Our 15 yr old dog absolutely loved it and it's freedom. We will definitely be going back again."

"Stunning house and garden in a beautiful rural location. The house was perfect, spacious and beautifully decorated. All the beds were extremely comfortable, even the bunk beds which adults slept in! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The games room was a real added bonus, and the hot tub was just idyllic. Fantastic pub ( The Nags Head), an easy 20 min walk from the house, which served excellent food.We all wished we could have stayed longer!"

"Absolutely amazing place. Loved the shepherd's hut, peaceful and private. Everything you needed was in there and really comfortable. Ginnie and Andrew couldn't do enough for you. Close enough to everything to explore. The pool was awesome (and the hot tub). Had a few games of foot golf which was so much fun. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again. Even had a lush digital welcome sign for me and my husband. Really was a super awesome place with the best owners Thanks both xxx"

"We really enjoyed our week at swallows nest. We originally booked a weekend but booked and stayed on an extra 4 nights. Really comfortable quiet and owners were lovely people. We would have preferred a washing machine in the cottage instead of the a dish washer but apart from that we all really enjoyed our time at swallows nest.We visited Castell Dinefwr which was only a 10 minutes drive and walked through castle woods which was a nice walk. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable"
