"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. "Perfect location in Tripoli, very clean and great communication with staff. Should have had some sheets and blankets for the pullout bed which were missing, laundry detergent or pods for the washer would have been nice too. "
