"This was our group's third year at this property and we'll certainly be back for a fourth. Our kids had a blast fishing and swimming right off the dock, water is deep and clear. The house is great for families with our kids taking over the loft. Hot tub is a great bonus. "

"This was a cabin which at that time had an outhouse (since upgraded). We thought the property was fantastic and very well equipped kitchen with many amenities (nice shower room, gas fireplace, fire pit with large supply of firewood, charcoal grill, canoe, raft to swim to, intestines, hammock, 2 docks). We had an incredible stay and hope to return next year. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at The King's Cottage! Everything was very clean and organized, just as described. The kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Bathroom was a bit tight but nothing we couldn't handle. The books on the shelves were fun to look through! "This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the calls of the loons, the dock and the fire pit.
