"Ótima opção para hospedagem pré cruzeiro. Muito conveniente. Se não fosse a chuva, teria ido andando. Nada especial em relação às pessoas que atenderam. Não conheci a funcionária que é super elogiada nas outras avaliações. As instalações são bem cuidadas e o quarto é enorme! A janela tinha vista para a baía. Há ótimas opções de restaurante ao redor. "The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff.

"Clean room and bathroom but we couldn’t help but feel like we were staying at an assisted living facility…. Sure enough, healthcare staff came to check on the residents in the morning, it was the oddest thing to have been given a hotel room there. That being said, the room was clean with the exception of a dirty arm chair, the bathroom was clean. We had a decent night’s stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. "We enjoyed are stay for the weekend at the beach. The front desk employees were nice.
Pros: The room is spacious for my husband in a wheelchair. The beds were comfortable even the bunk beds for the kids. The employees were very attentive on making sure the area was clean. They also provide a black rubber ramp for in front of the hotel room for wheelchair access. The fan attached to the wall helped us sleep comfortably.
Cons: The door to access the toilet and bath/shower area is not wheelchair...
