"While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. Other concerns include the 40 rusty nails and other hardware we picked out of the back yard, ants on the kitchen counter and...

"This home and host were top notch! The fenced back yard and the ice in the freezer were great perks! The host went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. Great place to stay, close to everything!"

"The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental."

"Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking."
