At dinner, I asked if it would be possible to take the food to the room, and she said: “Take the plate and carry it yourself.” That is what we did. The next day, with another hotel staff member, I tried again to request a late check-out and luggage storage, even offering to pay an extra half-day. The response was completely different: “Ok, you can stay until 1:00 PM. You just can’t stay longer because the hotel is fully booked.” A total difference in attitude and professionalism. None of the power outlets in the room worked. Only the bathroom outlet functioned. A hotel without an elevator cannot be considered a 3-star hotel. This type of staff behavior is unacceptable. "

"Quarto extremamente apertado para quatro pessoas, sofá cama desconfortável e barulhento, box para banho também pequeno e difículdade também até de acomodar as malas pelos cômodos quando abertas. Café da manhã sofrível, reposição lenta de itens e atendentes muito mal humoradas, ao pedirmos a reposição d e alguns itens fizeram cara feia, isso que faltava ainda mais de meia hora para o horário de encerramento do serviço."

"Hotel com ótima localização, ski-in ski-out, com acesso fácil à telecabine Jardin du Alpin. Vista para as pistas de encantar. Necessita de uma renovação por apresentar sinais de desgastes. Café da manhã excelente. Tem estacionamento em frente com poucas vagas, mas para a época que fui foram suficientes. Tem aluguel de equipamentos pode esqui no subsolo."

"o local é espetacular, staff super prestativo, você faz tudo no hotel desde alugar os skis até comprar o ski pass! Possuem transfer que te leva para todos os lugares. Porém o ponto negativo são os restaurantes do hotel, pouca variedade de opções, comida muito ruim e não condiz com a qualidade do hotel! O bar é ótimo, tem boa variedade mas em relação a comida no hotel não é recomendado. "
