It features two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom. Upstairs, the attic—also renovated—preserves the essence of a Valencian home and gives you access to a spacious chill-out terrace exclusively for your use, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a solarium with loungers, a sunshade, artificial grass, and automatic ambient lighting at sunset. After the latest renovation, the attic is divided into a leisure area with darts and a full laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

It is an ideal location to visit the Marjal Pego-Oliva Natural Park, the thermal waters of Font Salada, enjoy local hiking, trekking, cycling in Vall de Gallinera or Ebo, and the nearby beaches of Oliva and Denia.
