"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"Property is either pretty new or very well renovated. Everything smelled fresh. Breakfast was typical motel breakfast. I wasn’t able to use the gym but it looked nice. The only inconvenience was that I had already done the online check in, which was supposed to save time, but still had to complete the full check in process in person. Overall, one of the best budget motels that I have stayed in."

"Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...

"I forgot my earrings on the bathroom counter. Immediately noticed after checkout. Went straight back to get them but they had already been stolen!!! The maid hadn’t even cleaned the room. Just gone in and had the door open"
