Villa Stella - Elevated & Secluded 3 Bedroom Detached Villa with Private Pool in Lower Peyia

This is a privately situated villa with stunning interior, wonderful elevated position with sea and mountain views, smartly designed exterior, private pool, 2 and a half bathrooms, great location, wi-fi, the list goes and on and on as Villa Stella really is a great Cyprus holiday villa. Only a few minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay resort and blue flag beach and Peyia Village centre, Villa Stella is a great new addition to the Paphos holiday rental market.

The villa has a uniquely designed exterior with decorative stone cladding as a feature and the interior is spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a long private driveway with gates that eventually leads to a covered car port. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The lounge has large silver TV with Satellite, DVD, Ipod Docking station with speakers, and is accompanied by 2 large 3 seater chocolate leather sofas. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden table seating 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beach, black granite work surfaces and mosaic tiled splashbacks. Major appliances (in stainless steel colour) include tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.

Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a wide and open staircase and landing.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio doors to balcony and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle. Sea views can be enjoyed from most windows. The second bedroom is a twin room and shares access to the upstairs balcony which in itself is a prime area of the house with table and chairs and great views to both the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is also a twin room and has a narrow balcony and views to the mountains in the east. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom. Outside, the villa has a private pool with ample room for sunloungers . A covered terrace with table and chairs and Gas BBQ is accessed from the lounge and dining area providing the ideal place for relaxing in the shade and taking in the views. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen.

Wi-Fi and Air-Conditioning are included in the rental price. A Travel Cot and Highchair can be provided free of charge upon request

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where the Villa Stella is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores; the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more.

Golf: 4 Golf courses are within half an hour to 45 mins drive.

''The villa was lovely and well equipped. It had a good location with a lovely sea view. We would recommend Golden Buggy Tours and Marika & Me Lounge Bar. Service and communication from yourself and the property management was faultless.

No improvements needed. We will be back in Cyprus later in the year and in 2026. We will definitely be renting a villa in Cyprus again next year, not any other country. Happy for you to use comments on website.

''Thank you for managing my booking of Villa Stella which again provided the base for a great holiday, despite the intense heat of the first week. I enjoyed my solo week and it was great to spend the second with my daughter.

Villa Stella is well equipped, furnished and maintained. The villa is in a very good, quiet residential location with views to the sea and also mountains. We enjoyed Corallia Bay with its lovely beach and crystal clear water; the area is well supervised and maintained. We also enjoyed a 3 hour boat trip from Latchi to the Blue Lagoon.

I was completely satisfied with my dealings with LetsRentOnline. The property manager quickly responded to and dealt with 2 minor issues during our stay.

The only reason I may not return to Villa Stella is if I decide to explore a different area. ''

''We were really pleased with the accommodation. The locality of the property was purposely picked - based on many holidays to this area over the years and we were really pleased with it.

No recommendations - other than to say we were really pleased with all restaurants, bars beaches and the choice within Peyia village, Coral Bay and Paphos.

Met the local managers when attending to our pool cleaning. V helpful, friendly and approved our late check out time - hassle free. Accomodation was really well equipped and welcome pack hugely appreciated ''

''Villa Stella was fabulous, clean, tidy and well presented. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday was provided, a lovely clean pool, comfortable furnishings, clean linen, cooking utensils, even a modern gas fired barbecue for the "outdoor chef"!

The villa is located in a nice quiet community in a small cul-de-sac with private parking and a gate to the front. It is very private and is hardly overlooked at all which is a bonus. A car is highly recommended for getting around, the location is probably a little too far to walk to Pegia if you have small kids or are a little more senior! Driving around Cyprus is fine and I have never had a problem, local motorists are quick but patient with tourists!! Pegia, Coral Bay are both 5 minutes away and Paphos is about 15 minutes away on excellent roads.


Coral Bay is a nice safe beach nearby (can get busy and hot so go early), Philipos and Lidl supermarkets are a short drive away for your essentials, Paphos harbour/castle, Aphrodites Falls,& Tomb of the Kings are all good to visit and numerous local businesses hire a variety of Quad bike hire/tours if you like to feel the wind in your hair! Amongst the huge choice of restaurants in Paphos I can recommend Poppadums Indian restaurant, Trattoria la Vigna Italian restaurant, Phidias Taverna, Phuket Thai/Asian restaurant, Chloes Chinese, there's a WEALTH of choices! Pegia has some great smaller local restaurants and there are a handful of takeaways (fish n chips, chinese, indian, pizza)

The customer service provided by Steven at LetsRentOnline is excellent, emails are always replied to and he is always helpful, polite and courteous. The local villa care team provided a great service, pool cleaned twice a week, and a welcome linen change at the end of the 1st week. A welcome pack of essentials were waiting for us on arrival to tide us over until a supermarket visit.

No suggestions required, everything we needed was provided.''
