Villa Ana is a luxury three bedroom and three bathroom villa located in the heart of Coral Bay offering private pool and modern furniture throughout and is equipped with all the necessary features for a relaxing family holiday, including a full collection of outdoor furniture, barbeque, and a sundeck with sea views. The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and UK and SKY TV, air conditioning throughout, and new furniture.



The villa will appeal to guests who seek a private villa holiday without the need to hire a car as a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, and the beach are all within a genuine 5 to 10 minute walk away.

terrible dont go near it

filthy pool not cleaned 3 weeks,rusty ladder into pool sides dirty for app years....filthy barbecue showers useless, dirty cushions and curtains, top deck covered in bird droppings, safe ripped out and left ling on floor, ditto a rail in wardrobe, broken toilet seats, manager says dont have time to do cleaning etc etc

Villa Anna Coral Bay Avoid

Avoid this Villa. Swimming pool wasnt cleaned at all in 10 days, filter not working with no cover so hole in the pool. Sun terrace door had to be opened with a screwdriver, airconditioning in downstairs bedroom didnt work. Cleanliness was a lot to be desired, seatee was filthy. Property manager was informed on the first day, promised to fix things but we never saw him again. We ended up moving into a hotel for 4 nights so added expense. Certainly not a luxury Villa as described on your website.

Great value for money property in great location

The location was brilliant just a short walk away from bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Great views from the balcony as well to the sea. Could do with a bit of maintenance such as painting and repair work on the property. Some loose tiles which are quite dangerous.

Summer 2019

Our holiday to Cyprus staying in Villa Ana was perfect for our family of 4. From our pick up from the airport by Krypos who stopped by at the local store to allow us to pick up a few bits for breakfast despite it being 1230 in the morning. Villa Ana was really spacious and was more than adequate for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay, although a vegetable peeler would have been useful. It benefited from air conditioning which was a godsend at night given the high temperatures The pool was a great benefit despite it not being very deep, just meant you couldn't dive in. The location, although being next to a large hotel and on a slight hill, was perfect for the supermarket / bars restaurants and the main beach - all within 10 / 20 min walk. The supermarket Phillipos even drop you back to the villa if you spend over £50 which was a great service. Paul, who looks after the villa was really helpful and welcoming and was always on hand if you needed him. I would recommend Villa Ana to other families looking for accommodation in the Coral Bay area.

Home from home

A good sized villa just a short walk to the 'strip' at Coral Bay where you can find lots of bars and restaurants. The villa is clean and comfortable. Good sized bedrooms each with its own bath or shower room. Outside there is plenty of room for the sun loungers and a table and chairs along side the pool. Plus the added advantage of a sun terrace on the roof which was great for an evening drink while watching the moon come up. We were just a couple using the villa so plenty of room and it would be a great base for a family with teenagers or a group of friends but due to the number of stairs I would not suggest this as the right place for families with young children or people with mobility problems. There is also a steep (although short) hill from the villa to the strip which some my find a challenge! The villa's management team were very helpful and always on hand which was reassuring . The local restaurants served great food and at a very reasonable price - just remember to pack your biggest trousers and skirts as portion sizes are very generous! We had a meze on the first night and it could easily have served a family of four rather than just the two of us. Overall a great holiday and we would certainly consider coming back.

No issues with the Villa at all, wouldn't class it as luxury though.

The Villa was well located just of the strip, it was clean and well equipped. Pool was okay, very shallow and not as big as expected. Air con was strangely set up, although we appreciate the concept of 2 hour timers, this was a pain during the night , as you had to keep turning it back on again to ensure the room was kept cold,

Fantastic Family Holiday

This was our first villa holiday and we honestly don't think we could holiday any other way now. Villa Ana was lovely and clean. Everything was as described. The whole team: Chris; Paul; and Kris were always on hand if we had any problems or queries. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa was in walking distance of the strip. Phillipos supermarket is about 5 minutes walk and they offer free transport home if you spend over €50. We really enjoyed the food in Relish and the Thai place. There is a kebab shop at the top of the road too which everyone enjoyed. The only minor thing for me was that I would have preferred the pool to be deeper but it was great for kids. It's worth jumping on the 615 bus to the harbour too.

Villa was ok but unoccupied villas all around

As villas all around villa Ana are unoccupied they are overgrown with stagnant water in pools which were a breeding ground for mosquitoes most of us were bitten multiple times,which is not the norm for Cyprus. Although this is not the villa owners or maintenance peoples fault it was a problem ,if we had had small children with us we would of been really concerned for their health. Villa Ana was clean and well kept so it's a shame that it's neighbours negligence is letting it down. 5 min walk to strip tho a small part of the walk is a steep slope so people who have walking problems would find it hard. There are plenty of other villas in coral bay and until the problem is sorted I wouldn't choose this villa again.☹

Very clean and modern Villa. Great location.

We stayed at Villa Ana for a week. 4 ladies on our annual "Girly Holiday" and this Villa was very clean and modern. The location is ideal. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Great communications from the owner before and during the stay.

Lovely villa. Spotlessly clean and safe. Really enjoyed staying there.

Coral Bay was friendly, welcoming and had everything you could need. Restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarket and car hire.
