Spacious 3 bed Villa In Coral Bay, Double Plot, Covered Outside Dining

This villa is situated opposite our own villa Finikia (CY1653) its on a double plot so offers an amazing amount of space. .10 metre pool with roman steps for ease of access. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden off road parking, pebbles, planting, fruit trees, extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing, , outside lounge furniture the outside dining is covered by a covered pergola offering shade form the hot mid day sun. The whole outside area is fully enclosed so safe with children. There is a barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket are all within a 2 minute walk as are the world famous beaches. Bus stop with regular service to Paphos and the water park. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The villa was fantastic and in a great location. It was very well equipped and the outside space and garden was lovely, full of mature fruit trees and a large swimming pool. Very comfortable beds too for a great nights sleep. Considering it was not far from a couple of bars it was a quiet and peaceful location. It was an easy walk into Coral Bay too. Directions and access instructions for the villa were great and the host was very responsive. Highly recommended this villa after a fabulous and relaxing holiday.

Lovely location,villa spacious with everything you need amenities close beach 6 minutes walk. Philippos supermarket brilliant 25 minutes walk from villa but if you spend 30 they will take you home with your shopping free. Taxi to paphos Harbour no more than 45, sail at the castle has amazing food and recommend the wave dancer night boat trip!

Excellent location. Nice and clean and very practical. Only downside for us was the uncomfortable beds. Upstairs was a bit dated. Wouldn’t put anyone off using the villa as it’s the outside space and location that really matters. Communication with the owners was great and the welcome pack was a nice touch.

A great villa in Coral Bay

We’ve had a great stay in the villa, the villa is clean and has everything you need for a family stay. We really appreciated the pool and spent lots of time around it and in it! It was great Lisa could arrange our transfers from the airport and had a recommended car hire company which we used to get a car for a few days. We loved Legends Lounge Bar was just a minute walk away plus the strip had some great choices, with a few offering discount for staying at the villa. Thanks Lisa and Fleox for a great stay.

Excellent villa lovely organised hosts

We have had an amazing stay at villa Victoria, Lisa and Felix are amazing hosts. The pool and garden are a lovely size. Easily accessible to all amenities in the area, just round the corner from the beach and local bars, but no noise from anyone. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Just 15 mins walk from the strip and supermarket. Has a drinking tap and British sockets. Hairdryers in all rooms. Good air conditioning especially as we were here in the heatwave. As this property is not ultra modern and so not lots of glass stays relatively cool. Lisa gives a nice little welcome pack to get you started, and as they live locally are able to respond to any issues should they arise very quickly. They give you discounts in local restaurants and lots of ideas of places to go and eat. As we have been to the area many times before we did not need this, but very helpful to anyone new. This is the best villa by far that we have stayed in in Cyprus in the many years we have been coming. It is also worth noting those of you who have been to Cyprus before, will know how hard mattresses can be; the beds in this villa are definitely ok in comparison to many.

Villa Victoria

What a fantastic place this is! The villa is lovely - huge garden so always possible to find shade if needed. The pool is clean & well maintained. The villa is well equipped & is a real home from home. Easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful Corallia Beach. Brilliant info on restaurants & places to visit. We enjoyed some of the discounts available. Lisa & Felix are brilliant hosts & always communicated quickly. They provided a generous welcome pack too. We would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding

We have just returned from celebrating our nieces wedding at Coral Bay. We chose the villa for the location, which has been perfect for us. A lovely 15min walk into coral bay for bars and restaurants. Legends bar is literally a two minute walk away, food and live music was really good. The villa is a little tired, but was clean and well equipped and gave us everything we were looking for. It’s a proper little sun trap. The pool was wonderful, my grandchildren loved it. Correspondence with Lisa has been great all through. Lisa also very kindly organised airport transfers for us, which was very much appreciated and quite reasonable. We had a couple of small issues when we were there, but Felix was very prompt in sorting those out for us. We would definitely recommend. Thank you Lisa and Felix

Superb family property in a great location

We have just returned from a wonderful week here(13-20 September 2023). We were so impressed with the Villa. The outside space is amazing with a great sized pool and plenty of space. My kids (aged 2 and 4) had such a fun time in the pool and would happily have stayed there all day! The inside is also spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was fantastic. 5 mins walk to the beach and some excellent restaurants close by - Porto Antico (superb food) and Yialos (stunning setting and beautiful sunset views) . Legends (a 1 min walk) was handy for a quick meal for kids, and showed the rugby! The ‘strip’ of shops, restaurants and bars at coral bay was an easy distance. A few minutes drive and the bus is very easy. We enjoyed La Vigna Italian restaurant and also Cafe Les Amis (good food and a great play area for children). The big supermarket will delivery shopping to the villa. Lisa and Felix were so helpful both before and during our visit. Any small issues at the property were resolved very quickly and efficiently. They responded very quickly to all our questions and helped to arrange taxis, etc. We hired a car with U2. Best car hire we have ever had. Lovely vehicle, friendly owner and completely hassle free. Driving was easy and we got to explore the beautiful island. We absolutely loved this holiday and the villa was so perfect. We can’t recommend it highly enough and I hope we can return one day!

Week in coral bay

Outside space excellent..pool great but no cleaning whilst we were there. Good space inside if a little tired ..but fine for us Awfu air conditioner in main bedroom ..fixed once but felt like sleeping in tumble dryer.spewed black debris over everything when turned on Second shower poorbut main bathroom good Poor communication re access and even poorer communication following day which was disappointing .informed email was sent with access code but none received so human error somewhere . Feels like a poorly managed villa and I’ve stayed in a few .need to fix the broken things ( air con .shower,instruction file.) and it would be a good value villa In a nice location

Villa Coral bay

There were 6 of us stayed at the villa aged from 50 to 70yrs. We found the villa and the outside area very roomy and gave us multiple places to sit. Some of us tried the pool, when you get used to it it was fine. Close to all amenities. Went to the recommended restaurant Porto Antico x2 as was fab. I sprained my ankle on the 3rd day so was somewhat immobile, but plenty of room around the villa for resting. Some of our group went to the beach daily. Hired a car for 3 days with Lisa's recommendation, which was easy. Would be happy to return to this villa, area in the future. Great information in the villa. Quick correspondence with the owner. Would throughly recommend this villa.

Excellent villa, great location

Great experience from start to finish. Lisa was excellent to deal with and the villa was as described and a great price for the size and location. Also, the large pool was always very warm and welcoming. Due to our late flight home, Lisa added another night without charge which was very much appreciated as it meant that we could have a full day on our day of departure. I hope to book again with you in the not too distant future

Lovely villa in a quiet area with beaches and bars on the door step

Had a lovely time staying in the villa, Everything what you need is in the villa with the added bonus of the lovely pool. Two beaches nearby which are both very nice, various bars and restaurants within walking distance, Legends bar just 1 minutes down the road was lovely for food and drinks.

Nice villa in good location , 15 min walk into main area of Coral Bay and 2minutes to beach and local shop and bar. Villa spacious but in need of up dating and bit care and attention . Outside space great , as was pool but again could do with updating sun beds as bit old and dirty and plastic chairs at dinning table that are bit uncomfortable. Hosts approachable and sorted any concerns we had .

Had a great 10 night stay at the villa. Booking and check in process was perfectly easy. Had a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was very appreciated and loads of information left regarding the villa and the local area. Villa was great size and outside space was brilliant and well presented, plenty of room and a lovely big pool. Great location, 45 second walk to closest bar which also serves lovely food. 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to main coral bay avenue. Everything you need is close by. Would 100% return, no complaints whatsoever :)
