DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

On entering from the grand entrance doors you immediately gain a sense of space, serenity and luxury.

The spacious open plan living area features a modern L-shaped sofa, with entertainment being provided by the large 50 inch flat screen television with Satellite, DVD player and CD Player.

The hand crafted wood designer kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area features a large wooden dining table and 10 dining chairs.

There is a double bedroom with its own en-suite and making up the ground floor is a useful cloakroom.

A tiled staircase leads to the first floor accommodation where the other 4 bedrooms all with en-suites are located. There is also a utility room with washing machine on this level.

The master bedroom features a large king-sized bed and a generously sized private balcony boasting spectacular views across the private pool, banana plantations and out to sea. The en-suite has a bath with shower over. The remaining three bedrooms on this level ( 2 Twins and a King-size), each have an en-suite shower room and balcony. Each bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.

A baby cot and high chair can also be supplied upon request.

Air conditioning units are installed in each of the bedrooms and their use is included in the rental rate. (lounge unit can be paid for locally if required at 10 euros per day) Wi-fi is included in the rental rate and fast enough to allow video streaming.

There is also two safety deposit boxes, hairdryers in each bedroom and an iron and board. The villa is alarmed for your peace of mind. All linen and towels, including those for by the pool are provided

Outside the 9 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower.

The outdoor dining set to seat 8 makes it a perfect area for alfresco dining.

The large barbecue area and picnic area round the back allows shade when it all gets too much and another option for alfresco eating. A new table with 10 chairs has recently been added there.

For the more energetic there is a table tennis football.

The corner sofa set under the handcrafted pergola allows for casual coffees, pre-dinner aperitifs or maybe just sitting with a book watching the world go by in the beautiful Cyprus sunshine.

A clean of the outside areas is carried out the morning after the wedding by the villa's cleaning team and is included in the surcharge.

LOCATION INFO

This prime positioned holiday Villa is within an affluent area known as 'Sea Caves' and the Akamas Peninsular, a protected area of outstanding natural beauty, yet still close to the resort of Coral Bay (4km) and Peyia Village (3km) with their diverse range of traditional and modern bars, cafes, tavernas and restaurants. The property is but 50 metres from one of the best known local tavernas in the area which provides good food, hospitality and views within a peaceful and relaxing setting, next to one of the areas many impressive banana plantations. The Sea Caves taverna has undergone recent renovations and upgrades and provides a beach bar and childrens play area. We would add that it is still a quiet family taverna and should not cause any disturbance to your tranquility. It is easy to walk to other tavernas and cafes more of which have sprung up in recent times. The most famous is Oniro by the Sea which provides great food and service in a very ambient setting.

There is a choice of small beach areas in walking distance of the villa. Some you may find you have to yourself and there are plenty of spots to access the water for swimming and snorkelling.

The Sea Caves area, like much of Paphos, was once rural and barren land but over recent years the Sea Caves area has changed dramatically. Now the Sea Caves area is one of the finest residential areas in Cyprus, offering some of the most exclusive villas in the island. This is not surprising when you consider its breathtaking rugged Cypriot coastline and small sandy coves with crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Sunsets in the region are simply magical. Proceeding along from the Sea Caves you come to the pretty, tiny picturesque fishing harbour of St George with a small sand/shingle beach. St George (Agios Georgios), like Sea Caves, is a perfect spot for snorkelling and scuba diving or topping up your sun tan.

We strongly recommend tasting the local speciality "fish meze" in one of the selection of small family run tavernas at St George and the dramatic sunsets are worth the visit alone from any area of this amazing coastline.

Situated 12kms from Paphos on the west coast of Cyprus and just 3km from Sea Caves, Coral Bay is a delightful resort renowned for its superb (blue flag) sandy beaches. The main thoroughfare of Coral Bay is lined with a small but ample selection of shops, restaurants, banks and bars giving you everything you need for a relaxing holiday without losing any of its local charm. Life in Coral Bay tends to be based around the sandy bay with calm shallow waters, also offering a wide selection of water sports, it is perfect for a day out for all the family.

Other things to do in the area include Paphos Zoo, Horse Riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), Hiking/Walking, Buggy Safaris, 4 x 4 Safaris, Sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from the area, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings the mosaics and the Christian Catacombs. If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

'''illa Marianna 2 is a lovely spacious villa surrounded by a banana plantation. The views were spectacular of both the sea and the land. It has an excellent swimming pool, well maintained. The villa is within a 3 minute walk of three excellent cafe/restaurants ,I would strongly recommend " Nature " and "Sea Caves " for their friendliness and quality of food.
We received first class support from Christianna, owner of the villa, Steve, Lettings Manager of letsrentonline.com and Dienes of car rental. Their response to our needs have been exemplary. ''Villa Mariana II was amazing. We had a great holiday. The Villa was perfect, clean and everything was provided. We really appreciated the mid Saturday clean and linen change.

The location in the banana grove was gorgeous and having the restaurants the short walk away was brilliant for meals, cocktails and sunsets.

As an extended family group we were all very sad to leave and agreed we would book the Villa again if we were to do the same holiday again.

We had a couple of small issues with the Villa while we were there but these were very quickly resolved by the on site manager and owner. The service provided by you and your team was first class and we would gladly recommend you on to others. Geoffrey''

''The villa itself is lovely! Great size for 10 people even though we only had 9! Everyone had a bathroom so that made life much easier- especially with bathing the kids. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The location is fantastic- being opposite Sea Caves and Sentiero was perfect for the evenings, just before everyone got ready for going out, they were perfect places for a drink and beautiful sunsets! The owners of the villa also owned the Nature restaurant and the food there was great.

Coral Bay is a lovely beach and it’s only €7.50 for two sun beds and an umbrella. Latchi Watersports is a fantastic day out, and the discount from LetsRentOnline made a big difference! We did a whole day 9-5 on the biggest boat with 9 of us and it only cost €434 (€48pp = £41)- for a day out that’s amazing!

Last Castle is always a good shout- unfortunately the route is under works and it’s not possible to get there with a 4x4 because the route is very steep!

LetsRentOnline service has been brilliant- faultless!

Christiana the owner is lovely- she came round to us the day after we arrived to meet us as the air-con in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly, so she was prompt in getting that sorted!

We usually visit Cyprus yearly and have used VillaPlus previously but they’ve become extremely overpriced and the beds there are horrendous!

We will definitely be looking to book Villa Marianna 2 for next year and will be using your services again!

''Perfect villa, just as we expected. We based our expectations on the various photos and we were delighted with what we saw upon our arrival. The view from the villa at the sea is wonderful and gives you an excellent “holiday feeling”. We liked the first restaurant at the sea (I don't recall its name) after leaving the villa.


As we have mentioned to you before, we are so grateful for the service provided by your goodselves and LetsRentOnLine. The commuications, the mails and all your efforts to make our vacation an unforgettable experience (which it has become). We met Christina the evening after our arrival and we had a nice chat.

Not really any suggestions, as the villa is well maintained and very clean. Also the good qaulity and quantity of table and kitchen ware are impressive. The only item we missed was a pair of scissors. But we bought a pair and left it behind. We have no specific plans at this moment, but Cyprus would certainly be an option to return to. Should anybody ask us about our experiences, we will share them and recommend to visit Cyprus themselves. We had really a great vacation! ''

''Following our stay in Marianna 11 the villa itself was lovely with high end appliances and a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. The outside area was spacious with various seating options.

The location was great very secluded amongst a banana grove very peaceful, but only 5 minutes drive from Coral bay. The owner Christiana has the restaurant directly Infront of the Villa Nature Cafe which serves great food and Sunday Souvla is a must, also a couple of minutes walk is Sentiero and Sea Caves both excellent.

We have used let's rent online for many years and have always been impressed by the service from Steven and his team especially this year when we have needed to move our booking several times, always helpful. Christiana the owner is lovely always on hand should you need her. We visit Cyprus every year and will always use this company the quality of service and accomodation is second to none.

''The villa was excellent, we had a few issues with one air conditioning unit in a bedroom and the pump to the swimming pool breaking down but they were attended to extremely promptly and caused us no problems.

The location was brilliant, being set in the banana plantation with no one else in the immediate vicinity it was quiet and relaxing you could not have asked for anything more.

As you are aware Christiana the villa owner also owns the Nature Cafe / Restaurant which is only 50 metres from the villa. No need to drive and what excellent hosts she and her husband were. The menu was good, the prices very very reasonable and the portions were large, highly recommended, in fact we only cooked our own meals once and spent a lot of our time eating and drinking in Nature Restaurant . We were also very impressed with the Italian restaurant La Vigna at the Philipos Supermarket end of Coral Bay Avenue. Another good traditional Cypriot restaurant was Sunset which was on the way to St Georges Bay.

I have nothing but praise for your service Steven. You always replied promptly to my queries particularly in these uncertain times with Covid continually throwing spanners in the works.

Christiana was excellent she did everything she could to make us feel welcome and at home, what a lovely lady. Kind regards and thanks for everything and if it is possible please thank Christiana.''

''Still recovering from the shock of continuous rain and wind since we landed. We had a wonderful stay in Cyprus and celebrated a 90 birthday with a family friend. The villa was excellent, in quite location nestled amongst the banana groves as expected. The taverna (Nature restaurant) run by the owner was very good, the moussaka was exceptional. In Paphos old town the Laona was still very good. In Latchi the Y&P Fish Tavern was also still very good.

Your help and support has been much appreciated from start to finish. We met Christianna on the second day, but had no problems to be solved.

We hope to visit Cyprus again in the next year or two. We sincerely hope that 2021 is a better year for tourism. Regards, Lester and Jackie''

''The property was great! The Villa was spacious and absolutely fine for 7 adults and three children – which is amazing really. We loved the outdoor seating areas. The facilities at the Villa are wonderful with a dishwasher and washing machine and a more than adequate fridge freezer and a BBQ with plenty of tools.

In terms of location it couldn’t be better – we love Sea Caves and it is close enough to trip in and out of Paphos, but also to Polis, Lara Bay and Latchi. It really was ideal for us but as with anywhere in Cyprus we feel a car is a must as we like to travel around.

While staying at the Villa we stumbled across a wonderful restaurant called Geitonia Traditional Kebab House where we had the most amazing meze for just 8 euros /head – and we bought food home with us as we could not eat it all. We also made a return visit to Melitzia Taverna in Tala where we had another, very different but equally good meze for around 12 euros / head . We would also recommend that traditional gyros fanatics try Gyros Salonikiotikos on Apostle Paul Avenue. There you can have a gyros with Greek or Cypriot pitta and can choose from a range of meats and fillings for the pittas as well as the obligatory fries! We loved these gyros and cant recommend it enough. Some of our group ate at Natures Café ( we think this was the name ) right next door to the villa which is run by Christina who manages the villa. They were very impressed with the food there and we would most definitely eat there on a return visit.

As well as enjoying the beach at Coral Bay and the Roman mosaics in Paphos we also visited St Pauls Pillar in Paphos and would highly recommend a whole day for the Tomb of the Kings if you have children with you. One little gem we discovered was the Episkopi environmental centre in Episkopi. As well as wonderful views there you do get to experience some of the real treasures of Cyprus in terms of flora and fauna.
A second little gem was a visit to the Herb Garden – which we found through Trip Advisor. This is now called Simply Irresistible – The Herb Garden. This has an amazing café at the edge of the herb garden alongside a shop which sells only hand made goods. Two of us ate here and would highly recommend the Greek Pitta and the flourless chocolate sponge ( this is absolutely delicious and very decadent). In addition they have a range of teas which made it a truly interesting and very enjoyable experience. Definitely a must for anyone wanting to get a little bit of calm in the middle of their holiday.

Every step of the process was made so easy by LetsRentOnline.Com – including adding an additional night – paying with a different credit card and so on. Christina visited the villa when our advance party got there and bought us a delicious cake – quite unexpected but very welcome and as I said – quite delicious. When we had a problem with the electrics this was resolved very promptly.
