The property is a spacious air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with 2 separate terraces looking out over two swimming pools with superb views of the Mediterranean coast.
The lounge has a 55 inch flat screen smart television. Unlimited free WI-FI and internet access is included which also gives access to UK TV channels, Box sets, films and radio stations. That includes content from such services such as PPV, Netflix and Amazon etc. at no extra cost.
There are two sofas seating five.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and washing machine.
There is a large dining table which seats six.
There are three separately controlled air conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the lounge. The Bedroom aircon have four hour timers and the lounge has a two hour timer which can be reset as often as required.
The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The terraces have patio tables and chairs, and a BBQ and are in the sun for most of the day,
The apartment also benefits from mosquito screens

There is a small selection of books and games in the apartment.

We also have a comprehensive information book with maps to give you ideas on where to go with recommendations for bars and restaurants with telephone numbers.

Sunbeds around the pool are available without charge. Parking spaces are available for those driving.

With the current middle east conflict going on we are aware that media states that there could be a shortage of fuel for airlines and flights may get cancelled. To date, that has not happened and it is unlikely but in the event that your flight is cancelled and you cannot get to Cyprus we will offer a full refund if you advise me up to 7 days before your stay commences. This rule overrides all other cancellation refund rules on this website.
