"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Quaint Quarters is a beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable cottage to stay in for a getaway to Colonial Beach. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we loved sitting out on the big front porch in the evenings. The fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom with an option to turn off the heat and just have the muticolor flames for ambiance were a nice extra touch. The fenced yard provided plenty of room for our dog to play and to rest in the cool...

"Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. "We had the pleasure of staying here for a mini getaway. Just a couple of nights. Everything about it was perfect! The condo was spacious, clean, and the decor was lovely. The view of the river and pier was amazing and the patio was actually large enough to enjoy it (see photos). Most notably for me though was that the bed and pillows were so darn comfy! Best nights sleep in a while. The condo is located right next to (and on top of) a couple of restaurants, with others being within walking...

"WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound. You are in walking distance to the beach/river. Also, there are many eating places of all kinds, brewery/coffee shops, and yes, even ice cream. We will be back!!!"
