This beautiful 130m² three-bedroom house in Vila Facaia is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, fun, and relaxation. Spread over two stories, the house is thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings.

The heart of the property is the sunny terrace, where you’ll find a private swimming pool, a BBQ area, and an outdoor dining space with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying warm afternoons or relaxed evenings under the stars.

Inside, the open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with a plush sofa and TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also provided for your convenience.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for larger groups: two of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the third offers four single beds — two of which are trundle beds that can be tucked away for extra space during the day. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There are three bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring comfort for every guest.

For entertainment, the property also boasts a dedicated games room, complete with a ping pong table, table football, and a pool table — perfect for friendly competitions and family fun.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the heart of central Portugal, the property in Pedrógão Grande is the ideal retreat for those seeking peace, nature, and authentic Portuguese charm. The area offers a unique combination of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and traditional cuisine.

Nature lovers will enjoy the many nearby river beaches perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the summer. Highlights include Praia Fluvial do Mosteiro and Praia Fluvial do Cabril, both known for their clear waters and scenic settings. Also nearby are Praia Fluvial de Mega Fundeira, a quieter, more secluded spot, and Praia das Rocas in Castanheira de Pera — home to one of Europe’s largest wave pools.

For hiking enthusiasts, the region offers a variety of trails. In addition to the PR2 PGR – Roman Trail, guests can explore the GRZ 33 – Grande Rota do Zêzere, which crosses Pedrógão Grande along the picturesque Zêzere River. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
