"Terrible staff. THe manager of this hotel doesn't understand costumer service. Every morning he locks the (terrrible by the way) breakfast items away a few minutes before 9:30. When I showed him that it wasn't yet 9:30 he said it's 9:30 hotel time. When I asked where I could see it he said on the computer in the lobby. Also at 9am staff walked into my room without knocking. "Staff was good
Breakfast was decent but the dishes and table were covered in dust.
Our room had dust, the elevator and walking paths were layered throughout the hotel with dust.
The contractor on site failed to sweep or vacuum.
I almost feel like it was a violation for the hotel not having the property cleaned up ICRA..... the dust was bad im glad we only stayed one night.

"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"
